UltraPlayer announces strategic relationships with Spacial Audio Solutions and Net Radio Promotions to integrate content along with powerful streaming and listening tools for end-users and broadcasters.

Louisville, CO June 13, 2000 - UltraCo Incorporated, makers of the popular and powerful UltraPlayer audio software, Spacial Audio Solutions, developers of the revolutionary Streaming Audio Manager (SAM) webcasting technology and Net Radio Promotions announced today a strategic relationship to integrate key components of their respective products and services into a comprehensive webcaster to end-user system.

Spacial Audio Solutions will license UltraCo’s Neutrino™ MPEG audio decoder to enhance the SAM webcasting technology as a stand-alone, turnkey streaming tool. “We evaluated all the decoders available to us and found that UltraPlayer’s Neutrino engine had the best combination of CPU efficiency and audio quality. We’re excited to give everyone, from fully professional commercial operations to weekend hobbyists, a flexible and automated way to legally, easily and economically set up, manage and effectively maintain an Internet radio station” said Bryan Payne, President of Spacial Audio Solutions.
